The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 connecting bathrooms. Best for 1 to 4 persons. Queen sized bed in one bedroom and two large single beds in the other. A/Cs only in bedrooms. Fan in living room Amenities are refrigerator, microwave, air-fryer/toaster oven, coffee makers, cutlery, crockery, washer, TV, Wi-Fi, iron and hair dryer. Breakfast bar in kitchen area or dine on the terrace. Off street parking available, but many places are walking distance. Public transport is also easy to get. The space Pleasant space suited for 1-4 persons. The bedrooms have connecting bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two large singles. Solar powered hot water available ONLY in the showers and kitchen. The apartment has an open plan layout. In the kitchen there is a breakfast bar, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, stove, cutlery, crockery. Please note there is no dining table indoors but you could use the terrace. Easy reach to the grocery store, bars, restaurants, the beach, banking and public transport. While it is always a bonus to have a vehicle to move freely, it is not necessary as within minutes you can get public transport and you can also walk to other nearby places. Guest access -Off street parking - The garden Other things to note We have neighbors. There is no physical barrier. The neighbor has a dog that may roam. Very friendly. however, please don't feed him. Also sometimes (maybe once a month) the landscapers show up and will get a bit noisy with the garden equipment. They keep the garden beautiful.
