Wonderful authentic colonial architecture building. Includes a queen size sofa bed in living area. It is located very close to famous Calle San Sebastian's bars. STREET NOISE - Please bring your own ear plugs. Guest access You will have access to all common areas and laundry room Other things to note Apartment is strictly for guest use. Do not bring friends to dinner or hang outs. Smoking cigarette or marijuana is not allowed in the apartment No noise after 10 pm, be considerate to other residents. Do not hang towels in verandas. Garbage out before leaving please, dispose in green dispensers at end of street. Parking in street only allowed Monday thru Friday from 7 am to 6 pm Please note: Water pressure in shower may be low at times- Adjusting the temperature is hard because of same reason. Please be aware. IMPORTANT: In the event of power or water shut down due to a city problem we will refund unused nights only. If you choose to stay and wait until service comes back (from 2 to 8 hours) there will be no discounts. If internet service or a/c is malfunctioning, we will try to repair as soon as possible- no refunds or discounts will be given. If you choose to leave, we will refund unused nights only.
