Must be 21+ years of age. Dog Friendly. No Cats… The space This is a one bedroom studio guest house located right next to our house. It sleeps 4 with a king size bed and a queen futon that overlooks the lake. The property is fenced all the way around with an automatic front gate. We put up a temporary fence on our house so our dogs will stay on our side of the property during your stay. Guest access Guests have their own parking spaces and Guesthouse with full privacy. The property is gated and guests will have access to their own gate clicker and guest house key. Thank you! *** We have a Rottweiler named Hagi, and a Doberman named Rocky. They are great dogs, they don’t bite, super friendly, and sweet.
