Hello, our house is in the Rosa de Saron condominium. It is a spacious and very comfortable house. It has 4 en-suites available, all with air-conditioning, a large living/dining room/integrated TV, a complete gourmet space with a barbecue area, a SPA area and a private pool. We also have a laundry with a washing machine and iron. The condominium is very nice. It features a tennis court, fitness center, bocce court, soccer field and swimming pools. The space The main environment is all in cold floor (porcelain) and the suites with wooden floors. The suites are huge. Large and very comfortable. The bathrooms in the suites are also very spacious. The whole house is over 400m2. Guest access The house is in the Rosa de Saron condominium, which in turn is inside the Fazenda Paulista. Access to the farm is very quiet, as the road is all paved. Despite being a rural area, it is very close (5 km) to Santa Terezinha do Itaipu, which is a very good and hospitable city.
