Cozy apartment in a privileged condominium on the sand in Jurerê. While having breakfast, you have an incredible side view of the sea, worthy of a beautiful photo or just enjoying the sunset. IMPORTANT: For check-in after 8pm there is an additional convenience fee, so you need to check values and form of payment with the host :) The space For the comfort of our guests, or possui apartment: - 1 room with double bed; - 1 double sofa bed with auxiliary bed in the living room; - Conditioned room in the room; - 1 TV out no room; - Wifi available; - Full kitchen with microwave, ice cream, stove, sandwich, electric jacket, domestic utensils and panelas; - Hotel quality bed and bathroom linens (extra bed linens are charged by the Season); - 1 parking space. NOTE: There are ongoing construction works in the condominium and its surroundings, which may cause noise during the day. * Cleaning including no value is performed only no check-out. If the guest wants an extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning tax will be charged. * We have one bath towel per guest and one face towel per bath, besides linen for the number of guests indicated. Enxoval trucks can be requested for the value of the average cleaning tax. Come, relax, have fun-don't worry about anything else :) Guest access Contact Seazone to find out which spaces are restricted to owners and which are available to guests :) Other things to note IMPORTANT: - Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM; - Check-out: by 11:00 AM; - For check-ins after 8:00 PM, there is an additional convenience fee of R$ 50 until 10:00 PM and R$ 100 after 10:00 PM; - For same-day bookings, additional waiting time may be required due to the host’s travel time to the property; - Additional bed/bath linen and cleaning are requested and paid separately, directly with Seazone; - The entry of guests and/or visitors who exceed the property's capacity or who are not listed in the reservation is prohibited; - Smoking is not allowed; - Pets are not allowed; - Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited, with fines applied; - Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM; - Any disrespect for condominium/neighborhood rules is the guest's responsibility, in addition to fines; - For stays longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged, which includes a new cleaning of the property and the replacement of bed linen and towels during the stay; - Before check-in, guests may be asked to provide identification documents for data verification.
