In a peaceful little village on Playa Guasacate, two bedrooms are available in our charming house with modern and local architecture, called Casa Del Mar, located by the sea. A great place for surfers, just a 10-minute walk to the famous Popoyo wave. The space The OCEANE room is spacious, with individual balcony with sea view, bathroom and toilet. A king size bed with mosquito net and fan, but also a work area is available with wifi booster depending on each room. Don't worry, our power is solar, no power cuts, you can work in peace! The kitchen is shared by both bedrooms, fully equipped with stove, oven, blender, toaster, refrigerator, coffee maker, rice cooker and drinking water. Nearby, a space to share your meals. The garden, pleasant on the beach, has a barbecue, lounge and outdoor shower, chairs, hammock and a dining table facing the sea. Housekeeping is included, in rooms and common areas, three times a week. For safety reasons, a night watchman is on-site from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. Guest access . During your stay Hi! I'm Roland! I like to see a smile around me! I fell in love with the waves of Popoyo 10 years ago and I finally found my dream land directly on the sand, in front of the ocean, 5 min from surfing Popoyo. Bienvenue à Casa del Mar! Other things to note Casa del Mar is a guesthouse super friendly where the guests and owners are living together but still have a lot of privacy. Our beachfront house has 2 levels: the two private apartments are upstairs and the owners are living downstairs. Each apartment have their own private access, their own bathroom and their own private oceanfront balcony. Our guests are invited to hang out in the tropical garden area that offers a BBQ, outdoor shower, pergola, couches, chairs and hammocks. I want my guests to experience the life at the beach in peace. Sleep with the nice sound of the waves, wake up with a happy sunrise and end up the day with the best sunset in Central America. The only thing with the peaceful village of Guasacate (Popoyo) is that there are no big groceries and no cash machine. There are some little markets and restaurants, but if you prefer, you can bring food from Maxi Pali or La Colonia in Rivas (1h from here) and take out cash at the same time.
