Villa located in a quiet area not far from the bustle of English Harbour, and just around the corner from Rendezvous Beach. Spacious and open plan, the villa and its grounds are a superb place to share with a group of family and friends. The space The Carib House is an airy luxurious Caribbean colonial style villa which can accommodate groups of up to 10 persons. Located on the south coast of Antigua, close to the entrance of Falmouth Harbour and only 5 minutes off the main road, it is perfect for a get-away holiday, honeymoon or a small conference. This vacation rental is also ideal for intimate wedding receptions or functions for 20-80 persons with spacious living and entertaining areas. Pricing is based on a minimum group of 6 people, with additional rate per night for each person added up to a maximum of 10 persons. Your group will have exclusive access to the villa, no sharing! Included in your rates an ABST (sales tax) of 14% introduced by the government of Antigua and Barbuda plus a Tourism Guest Levy of $5USD per person per night. We will also provide airport transfers and daily maid service at no extra charge. Consider booking The Carib House for special events such as graduation celebrations or family reunions. The Carib House is available for rent for all of the annual calendar events in Antigua such as Carnival, Antigua Classic Yacht and Sailing Week Regattas. Comprising a total of five generous double bedrooms, all screened and with ceiling fans and AC, pricing is based on number of persons in your booking. Discounts are available for longer term stays and agents inquiries are welcome. The main house has three bedrooms on the same level as the kitchen and living areas, right alongside the large pool and terrace areas, with amazing views over Turtle Beach to the Caribbean Sea towards Guadeloupe, and back across Falmouth Harbour to the villages of English Harbour and Falmouth. Above the house overlooking the pool is a guest cottage with ensuite, and below the main verandah is the garden apartment, with bathroom and kitchenette looking over the tropical lush gardens through which a network of paths lead you to the beach and grounds. There is no internal access to the garden apartment or the cottage which you may need to consider if you have little ones in the house. Turtle Beach is a lovely secluded reef beach with a rock pool, great snorkelling and the best beach-combing potential. Catch a sunset and views of Montserrat! Also in the area is world famous Rendezvous Beach - a 25-45 minute hike for the adventurous, or a 15 minute 4WD through the national park. Springhill Riding Stables are also close by with trail rides in the local area to help you explore it further. Car recommended, Turtle Bay is on a peninsula about 5 minutes drive from the main road, where you can relax in peace, but only be a short drive from the hustle and bustle of the harbour villages. Over 40 restaurants and bars to choose from, or we can help you select a chef who can look after you in the comfort of your own home away from home. We do provide a driver to collect you from the airport so we will need your flight arrival and departure details. Guest access The whole villa is yours! Even if you book with a few people all the rooms are for your group, we do not have more than one group in at a time. In the immediate area there is horse riding and hiking, water sports and tennis and squash nearby, with golf and kite surfing all within 30 minutes easy access. Restaurants abound within 10 minutes and there are 365 beaches to choose from. Local activities such as swimming with stingrays, zip lining, buggy ride tours and boat cruises easily organised We do offer daily maid service and coordinate a time to suit your group. If you do not require this service we will give you advice on where and how to use the house linens and will remove laundry from the house at the same time as we take the rubbish away. Other things to note Three bedrooms are in the main house with the master having its own ensuite while the other two bedrooms share the family bathroom. Other bedrooms are in the garden apartment and the guest cottage. While we have plenty of beds we have a maximum of 10 persons allowed (with babies being extra being OK!). We will contact you to verify the bed sets ups after you reserve. If we offer a King size bed, you will get a full size king mattress, or we can split the bed with single mattresses. A crew of 10 needing separate beds can be accommodated with ease. Totally 9000 sq feet, over 4000 sq foot of space is devoted to the living areas of the house - with a huge open plan gourmet kitchen overlooking the games and entertainment area, spilling out onto the wide verandah where there are plenty of dining and lounging places.
