Description
Barra de Guaratiba is such a cozy and safe neighborhood that it doesn't even look like Rio de Janeiro. Ancient fishing village, today, a refuge for those who know how to enjoy nature, hiking, nature sports, seafood and beautiful beaches. It is located near the Telegraph Stones, Anvil and Turtle and 4 wild beaches, only accessed by trail, boat or Paragliding. The fulfillment of a dream made me build this 4-story house, spacious, airy, comfortable and with unforgettable views. The space Like all beaches, the neighborhood has its population multiplied on sunny days, especially on sunny days, weekends, holidays and vacations. The house was built in the only location that allows entry and exit of the neighborhood by car, even if traffic is stopped, being at the same time close to everything! In addition to having a second access road, it is close to markets, commerce, health center, restaurants, bakery and pharmacy. As it is also situated between the 9 beaches of the neighborhood and the beginning of the famous Pedra do Telégrafo Trail, from where photos of Pedra da Anorna are taken, the use of cars is dispensable. The famous Grumari Beach, which would be the 11th beach, even if outside the neighborhood, can also be accessed by trail, which passes through the Ramp of Paragliding Ronaldo Pieroni, before descending to Grumari. The house project provided for the solution of the 2 biggest problems in the neighborhood, that is, the absence of vacancies in the streets and deficiency in water supply in the summer. We have 5 vacancies and a large cistern. The only disadvantage of the location of the house is its access, since the higher its location, the better the view... From the house we can see whales, dolphins, schools of fish, turtles and stingrays! Our view is beautiful but we are approximately 50 meters above sea level, two streets above the main access of the neighborhood. Nothing to stop me from walking to and from the beaches at the age of 55, carrying a paddle boarder or kayak on my back! There are options for hillside or staircase access. The Caminho Vista Alegre is rarely frequented because there is only access by car on one side. On the other hand, only pedestrians, bicycles and motorcycles pass. Car access is narrow and limited to vehicles up to 2.5m high and 2m wide. Guest access This listing deals with the rent on the second floor of the home. There are also options to rent the upper floors of the home (with 2 more bedrooms, living room, laundry and 1.5 bathrooms and large covered or uncovered balcony areas) or all floors of the home. As access to the upper floors only happens passing through the middle of the second floor room, in case there are also guests on the upper floors, second floor guests, on the other hand, can use the laundry, which is just at the entrance to the third floor. In the case of monitoring any of the groups, I can install myself in a suite located on the second floor. The garage will be used by everyone, with 2 spaces for guests on the second floor, 2 spaces for guests on the third and fourth floors and 1 space for me, if necessary. Other things to note 1- The water supply is deficient in several parts of Rio de Janeiro, especially in the summer. We rely on large tanks and water boxes, but saving water is very important. But we have never had any water problems in the house here. 2- The amount of energy consumed during each stay will be calculated by reading the light clock of the house at the check in and check out. The amount of kWh consumed during the stay, converted into reais, must be paid by the guest at check out; 3- Due to the sewage system of the neighborhood, the disposal of toilet paper, diapers, scarves, etc. is prohibited; 4- Smoking is not allowed in the house; 5- The aluminum garage door only needs to be closed when there are no people in the house. Whenever the chain is closed with a padlock, it must be used to protect it. In practice, it is opened in the morning and closed only at night. If it is left unprotected, it may be damaged by cars that sometimes operate in front of you. 6- Animals are prohibited; 7- Any damage caused by guests must be paid.
