Just 3 blocks from 5th and a short walk to the action in the heart of Playa, this is modern condo offers everything you might need to enjoy a perfect vacation. Rooftop with pool and hot tub, BBQ, high-speed fiber optics wifi, balcony, night time security, elevator, and parking spaces. Walk or ride everywhere in Playa. The space Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions offered to enjoy the 49” flat-screen smart TV in the room. A reliable and fast Wifi connection is guaranteed, great for zoom calls. The kitchen is fully equipped. Both the table and kitchen high table with stools can be used as office space. Apartment is rear-facing so no street noise. There is a construction site in front of the building, but it is not currently active. No bar or construction noise has been reported by recent guests - I'll continue to update this description in case that there are any changes. Guest access Full guest access to the entire condo + building's amenities. Other things to note A standard rental agreement can be requested for stays of 28 days or more. Please turn off making conscious use of energy by turning off the conditioners when you leave. Both apartment units work best when set to Eco mode at 27 degrees as they gradually and consistently remove moisture from the environment. Maximum consumption allowed per day (average): 8 kw. We kindly ask you to turn off all air conditioning equipment while not at the condo. AC units should be set to Econo mode at 27 degrees, at all times. This setting removes humidity from the air while still maintaining a comfortable temperature. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo, however it can be done in the balcony or rooftop areas.
