Inside: This two bedroom, 1 bath home is set up to accommodate 6 people: a queen bed in the master bedroom, a trundle and twin bed in the second bedroom, and a sleeper couch in the living room. There is a sliding door to an elevated deck to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise, or a glass of wine while watching the sunset. There is central air for your comfort. Outdoors: There is a deck, grill, comfortable patio furniture and umbrella, and a fire pit available for guest use. There is a shed that will contain all of your beach needs. The lawn is beautifully landscaped and private. Parking: spacious parking for two vehicles on site, or easily park on a nearby side street. A $1000 security deposit is assessed for long term stays of 30 days or more. Guest access Guests will enjoy the convenience of full keyless access to the house, as well as a private, shaded backyard perfect for unwinding in peace.
