The only areas not accessible to guests are two owner closets. Owners live off island, but have property managers and close friends there to assist whenever needed. KEEP LEFT!!! Driving is opposite in the VI... rent a car to explore, but be careful!! At Estate LaCroix, the safety of our guests is our top priority. Our home is open-air, and has several open balconies that could pose a fall risk. We do not recommend this property to anyone who has difficulty walking, or navigating stairs, falls often, is unable to swim, or is less than 16 years of age. The home sits on a hillside and our yard is rocky and steep. There are open balconies around each bedroom upstairs, and also above the pool in the outdoor living area. We LOVE children, but we know our home is not child friendly... So, in looking out for those little angels, we have to have this policy. Thank you for your understanding. If you have a "daredevil" that is over the age of 16 - this is not the home for you. Serious injury could occur by jumping from balconies, running through the home, or trying to navigate the lower part of the yard. Safety First!!
