The oceanfront balcony with barbecue, sink and table for six people is also for guests. From the balcony, there is a staircase with 8 steps that leads to a yard with a lawn, and from there, there is a small door that leads to the beach. The yard is divided into two parts, the northern part is for guests. On the beach there is a bench and two mastic trees. We leave a plastic table and chairs that you can take to the beach.
