HILLIER SWANK

Nestled in the hamlet of Hillier, Hillier Swank is a modern bungalow with all the amenities you need. We're situated in the heart of the Taste Trail and a short drive from grocery stores, restaurants, beaches and more. The space We are sitting on an acre of land and have a floating deck and fire pit in the back. We have two Weber BBQs (gas and charcoal) and a dining table for backyard eating. We love to cook. Our kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook outstanding meals, including quality knives, pots and pans, a pasta machine, a pizza tray, a hand blender, sieves, a salad spinner, a cheese grater, and more. We have a gas stove and a microwave. We have a drip coffee maker, a stovetop espresso maker, and a tea samovar. We also have a cocktail shaker. Our beds are comfortable, and we provide bedding and have extra pillows and blankets on hand. The living room has a TV and a Bluetooth speaker, which you can also take outside. We provide a small cooler, beach umbrella, straw beach/picnic bag, and a large waterproof beach/picnic mat. Our bathroom is equipped with a washer/dryer, a stand-up rain shower and hair dryer. An iron, and an ironing board are also available. We have two cruiser bikes, a yoga mat, a basketball, a soccer ball, and a water polo ball available for you to use. Take a bike ride along the Millennium Trail or play basketball on the courts at Station Road, around the corner. We are within walking distance from some of The County's best vineyards, and a 10-minute drive from beaches, breweries, restaurants, ice cream shops and shopping and more. We are well equipped for 'work from home' and have Bell Fibe highspeed internet. Guest access Guests enjoy full access to the entire house and property, including our fire pit and garage hang-out.
