It costs 16,000 Colombian pesos per person and the payment methods are: debit card and credit card or QR. Cash payments are not accepted. The apartment is located in a building approved by statutes for tourist housing, located in beachfront tourist area. Guest access Once the reservation is confirmed, you must send the following information in order to authorize your entry to the building: (NAME AND SURNAME, DOCUMENT NUMBER, RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, EMAIL and CITY) NO CHANGES, ADDITIONS AND/OR MODIFICATIONS ARE ALLOWED AFTER SENDING THE GUEST LIST. This information must be sent two (2) days in advance, and will be at the building's front desk when you arrive. You only need to provide your ID in person. They will be provided with a wrist band that will identify them as guests of the building. You must wear the wristband during your stay so that you can enter and leave the building without a problem. We do this for security in the building. I must also state that no visitors are accepted, only people registered in advance on the guest list. Our guests can enjoy the building's social areas (swimming pools, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, gym) during the hours established by the building's regulations, which are from 9 am to 7 pm. Other things to note The building is located in the northern part of the city.
