House with Loft: Modern in a Historic Neighborhood

Modern House with Loft in Historic District of Punta Arenas. Very quiet and safe area of the city. It has spacious rooms, comfortable bathrooms, fully equipped and with Wi-Fi. Downtown can be reached in 30 to 40 minutes on foot and in 5 to 10 minutes by car. It can accommodate up to 7 guests. Mabel, our right hand, will personally welcome guests whenever possible, and we will always be available through the app. Self check-in is also available. The space The space is offered as a full accommodation, i.e. it should not be shared with other guests. It has 3 bedrooms and 4 beds: a super king, a queen, a twin, and a trundle bed where up to 7 guests can stay. Guest access Guests can access all areas of the home, except the laundry room. The dishwasher is not available for guest use. Other things to note Guests on the reservation are allowed to have visitors during the day, however, non-guests are not allowed to spend the night or sleep in the house.
