Charming house in Boiçucanga, a unique experience

The house's proposal is to offer a unique and differentiated experience. The house is all open, with very large windows and an open mezzanine to enjoy the natural light and ventilation. Only one room is closed with blackout in the windows and is the room with the most privacy. The other bedroom is on the open mezzanine. The outside bathroom is open, with a garden and a shower with cold water to cool off when returning from the beach. It will always be a cold shower, even in winter. It's worth the experience. The space The accommodation is rustic, suitable for those who seek to get to know new places, in a distinctive environment and want to experience nature in its purest manifestation with plenty of light, ventilation and space for lots of conversation. Take the opportunity to get away from the internet and enjoy nature. Our Wi-Fi is basic and does not allow access to Smart TV. Our street has no fiber optic internet available. The kitchen is super equipped with a 2-burner cooktop, an electric oven and a microwave oven. The fridge with freezer is quite large. The barbecue is in the gourmet area and has two types of grill, one for Gaucho-style barbecues and the other for Argentine-style barbecues. Guest access The house is a maximum of 300 meters from the Boissucanga beach waterline. The guest has access to the entire house, it is not shared. The neighborhood has everything very close: supermarket, wine cellar, bakery, banks, restaurants, gas stations, butcher shop, and the hospital/emergency room. There is space to park two small cars. We do not accept pets of any size or age. The house does not accept infants and children under 12. Other things to note We offer freshly washed bed linen and towels with each new booking, but in a very humid region that rains a lot, there may be some signs or smell of moisture. If you have any questions, bring yours. Due to the proximity to the sea and the mountain forest, it is very windy and even with very frequent cleaning we can have dust on the floors and furniture. The house is very open and close to nature. On hot days, we can have mosquitoes, gnats and other insects that come from outside, not protected by frequent fumigation. Bring repellents. Pillows are basic; if you have specific preferences, bring yours. Cutlery, glasses and plates are available for up to six people. During high season or long holidays, we may have water shortages, despite the fact that the water tanks are quite large. It can be an inconvenience, especially when showering. The house has stairs without much protection. It can be an impediment for people with mobility difficulties and a safety issue for children.
