You’ll love my home in Palm Beach. Super clean modern stylish 3 bedroom on 5 min walk of the famous Palm Beach strip with 20+ restaurants, bars, nightlife and casinos. From my home you can walk in 10-15 min to the beach (2 min by car). My home is part of a 24/7 secured gated resort (Palma Real) with 3 relaxing swimming pools. Ideal home for couples and families with children. The space In front of my place you can park your (rental) car(s) on a private parking place with landscaped garden and relaxing wooden deck where you can sit and relax. Airconditioned (energy friendly - inverter) living room with relaxing couch, bar and spacious, open modern kitchen with all convenient appliances. Two modern bathrooms with warm water facility. Complementary coffee, tea, sugar, milk, shampoo, body soap, toilet paper, kitchen sponge, cleaning tools and dish washer liquid. Three cozy bedrooms with closets, energy friendly airconditioners and flatscreen tv's. Two bedrooms with king size beds and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. Free wifi, coolbox, beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella. Wooden deck in private back garden with table & chairs, bbq and laundry facilities (washer and dryer). When you stay 7 nights or more a complementary cleaning is included. COVID-19 Palma Real 82 is the proud carrier of the "Aruba Health & Happiness Code"-Gold Seal. This is a new certification program that will ensure Aruba's visitors that the island will uphold the highest health and safety protocols throughout their entire stay. Guest access Guest may access the 3 relaxing swimming pool areas Palma Real offers for free. My place offers private outdoor areas in front and back. Free parking for 2 cars in front of my place. Other things to note When you stay 7 nights or more a complementary cleaning is included. My pricing is based on a 2 person occupancy, extra guests pay Usd 25 per night extra. At check in you pay 12.5 % Tourist Tax and Usd 3 per day for Eco Tax. These taxes will have to be paid in cash. A late check out till 3 pm is possible based on availability for an extra charge of USD 50,-. For a late check out after 3 pm I will charge USD 100,- , also based on availability. I advise you when you book your airline ticket to directly take out a travel and cancellation insurance, both for the trip as for the rental of the home. With the insurance, you will be protected from financial loss if a booking is cancelled or cut short in case of emergencies such as inability to fly in case of pregnancy, an unexpected loss, air traffic controllers strikes, terrorist attacks and / or natural phenomena.
