Mountain Serenity

Were surrounded and tucked away by trees on three private acres. We are approximately 2 mile to town, 15 miles to the south gate of Yosemite National Park and the Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias, 50 miles to Yosemite Village, 8 miles to Bass Lake. The space Your own private 10 x 16 ft room plus full bath with MOUNTAIN VIEWS is attached to and on the upper floor of our home. You have your own private entrance, deck and small yard with two lounge chairs. We have games, puzzles, movies (micro popcorn provided) and coloring art. On the deck we have a griddle/toaster oven, 2 burner electric cook top, and a gas BBQ for your cooking needs. Dishes, cooking supplies and basic spices are in your room. We have ice cubes, and six bottled water in the fridge. THIS PROPERTY IS PRIVATELY OWNED AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE. WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR GUESTS BELONGINGS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEMS AND VALUABLES LEFT IN THE ROOM AND/OR ON THE PROPERTY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS, THEFT, AND/OR DAMAGE TO CARS IN THE PARKING AREA UNLESS DUE TO OUR OWN FAULT. YOU THE GUEST, AGREE THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO THE ROOM AND/OR ANY PROPERTY CAUSED BY YOU AND YOUR GUESTS. RENTING THIS PROPERTY IS IN "AS IS" CONDITION AND IS AT GUESTS OWN RISK. During your stay My response time can not always be in an hour. I will response ASAP. We do not bother you unless there is a need to. No need for you to contact us unless there is a need. It would be nice if you could email us at your arrival and departure time. Thank you! Other things to note Oakhurst is a great little town. It has most of what you will need. Grocery stores, restaurants, movie and live theater, art galleries, gift and thrift shops, Visitors Bureau, laundromat, and a tour bus to Yosemite with Oakhurst pick-up. And, don't forget Bass Lake if you enjoy swimming, fishing, boating, water skiing, or just having a meal overlooking the lake. We have for the go - two towels, two folding chairs with shoulder straps, a blanket, tote bag, two back packs, ice chest, and a picnic basket. If going picnicking make it easy on yourself and stop at subway for your sandwich.
