Celebrate/Play/Stay - The Little Red Building is a beautifully renovated building with a 1000 sq.ft. cozy Meeting Hall space in the front and 2 bedroom apartment in the back. The LRB sits in the heart of historic downtown beside the Woodville Lofts & Studios. Large TV’s in each bedroom and main room, High Speed Internet, DirectTV, etc. Free access to the Meeting Hall during your stay. Bedroom has it own keyless entry. Pick your 4-digit security code. The space Welcome Home! Enjoy the rare experience of stepping back in time to a small southern town full of laughter, nicknames, daily neighborly favors, and children playing outside WITH all the modern day conveniences of High Speed Internet, Big Screen Smart TV's, Large Dining/Meeting area, full Kitchen and cozy Bedrooms. The Little Red Building was built in 1910 as a small grocery, cafe, and shoe shop. The locals refer to it as the "Old Cumbo Frame Shop". Jim Derbes and Jan Katz renovated the building and added the cute apartment to the back in 2013. Step outside and stroll around the old courthouse square, which was supposedly established in the very early 1800's and experience the sweet community, rich history and huge oak trees. There are a couple of cafe's, shops, banks, public library, pharmacist, town hall, museums, clinic and optometrist, all just a few feet from the front door. Guest access Shared access to a full kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, back deck and co-working space with high speed internet. Bedroom has a Smart TV with DirectTV. The cozy 1000 sq.ft. live/work space also has a 75” Smart TV. Towels, linens, dishes and utensils are supplied. Front door and bedrooms have keyless entry. Back Deck overlooking courtyard of Woodville Lofts with secure parking spaces and many parking spaces in the front, (all free). Entire area is safe and secure. There are 4 Security cameras. Two are located outside on the patio and back yard. One is outside in the front and one is inside in the large main 1000 sq. ft. living/work area in the front. There are NO security cameras located in the apartment portion of the building. During your stay We live a block away and are readily available to answer any questions and to help with your stay. Also Frankie uses the large 1000 sq. ft. co-working living / working space as her office Monday - Friday during business hours.
