Mexican-style house with a view of Lake Chapala

Located in the town of San Pedro Tesistan, Casa La Gavia is a beautiful Mexican-style house designed with a 2,500-square-meter garden, spectacular views of the lake, and just 100 meters from Quinta San Carlos. The space The house is over 40 years old and built in a Mexican style. It has a large terrace and 5 bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. In the garden we have guava, avocado, lemon, pomegranate, guamuchil, mango trees and more. It has a solar heated Jacuzzi next to the barbecue for children and adults to enjoy. It is a country house in a small town and although it is cleaned and fumigated often you can find insects or bugs. Guest access You have access to the entire property of more than 3,000 square meters. The only thing that remains private are some closets and the little house where Chayo lives with his family. Other things to note The house is located in the second best climate on the planet so you can usually be in very comfortable clothes, in winter it is cold at night but there are enough blankets. If you come from Guadalajara, you will always have to subtract about two or three degrees from the temperature. If you like to be on the terrace at night, we recommend that you bring mosquito repellent or long sleeves so that you don't get bitten. Visitors, meetings, events, and pets are not allowed.
