The space The house is beautiful, very bright with very good orientation and comfortable spaces. It certainly ensures an incredible vacation, in a quiet place, just 5 minutes from Maitencillo and Laguna de Zapallar. Some considerations: It has open terraces without railings and several slopes, so it is not very suitable for the disabled. The pool does not have a fence. Guest access All the house's facilities are available. The Quincho sector, beach volleyball court, pool is a delight :) Other things to note Consider that water is purchased by truck. The house has a 10,000-liter tank, which is filled by calling the water distributor one day before ($50,000 per load). The house is delivered with a full tank. The house is delivered without sheets and towels. There is the possibility of leaving both for an additional value of $10,000 per set of sheets and $5,000 per towel (basically associated with the cost of washing and subsequent ironing) We have a trusted person who can work per day for cleaning and cooking.
