We are a cozy, family-friendly, safe, and clean place. We are located at Km 12.9 on the road to Masaya, 900 meters east in Residencial Monte Cielo, Avenida 7, house G 593. The room includes air conditioning, a mini bar, a hot shower, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a terrace as a common area. We have a convenience store on the ground floor. The space 24-hour security, the residential complex has a perimeter wall. Strategically located 15 minutes from Masaya National Park, 40 minutes from Granada, and 10 minutes from downtown Managua. Rates cover a daily electricity consumption of up to 8 kWh (12 hours of air conditioning, TV, and refrigerator).  Additional kWh will be charged $0.50 according to current utility rates.
