Guest access We currently have a living room with WiFi, a 46" flat screen LCD SmartTV, very cozy. SPECIAL NOTE: Only for long stays of a week or more. As it is a question of obtaining a comprehensive cleaning, considering our limitations, unlike a hotel and its corresponding charges, we do not have the capacity to offer a cleaning service every day and with a change of sheets and towels as well. We have reached a simple and free agreement, and in no way forced, to keep the place you occupy in order and satisfactorily clean, to do it every other day, or every third day. As this is not a 5-step cleaning that we do every time a room is vacated, it consists of sweeping and mopping the floors, completely cleaning the bathroom, changing sheets and towels, cleaning all surfaces with alcohol and taking out garbage, leaving everything else (belongings of all kinds of the guest) intact. This will incur an additional cost of US$3.00 for each time the cleaning service is performed by prior arrangement with the guest for up to two people.
