You can use the whole Apartment and one space at the garage for parking. When bringing a Car, the parking space is the one signed Edificio Arona. The Apartment 11 at Arona’s Building is across the Street from the new building of ITCR ( Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica) in San José, 8 blocks from ULACIT University. The National Theatre and the Gold Museum are also walking distance from the Apartment. They are 6 blocks away. There are also many nice Restaurants very close the building. We have a book that explains about the town and the neighborhood. We also prepare a map from the area that you can use and take along with you to find restaurants and shopping places around the Building. You can always take a Taxi or UBER. You can locate the building looking for Edificio Arona in waze or Google Maps and you will get there very precisely. The whole building is camera monitored by CCTV system for the safety of all the renters. There is a guard that lives at the building, his name is Milton and he will be there monitoring and taking care of the building.
