Events and loud parties are not permitted. Condominium regulations require absolute quiet hours after 1:00 AM, meaning no music, singing, shouting or noise of any kind is allowed after this time. The 1,000 m² home is located on the condominium’s most private corner lot, in a privileged TopSpot setting at the foothills of a breathtaking mountain. Guests enjoy beautiful views of the valley, golf course, lake, and river. The property is quoted for up to 16 guests and can accommodate up to 24 guests for an additional fee of US$40 per person, per night. It features 5 bedrooms plus a studio/TV room and 6 full bathrooms. The expansive main terrace includes a private pool and jacuzzi (not heated), multiple sitting and lounging areas, an Argentine-style charcoal BBQ, gas BBQ, and Teppanyaki grill — perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. The home also offers beautiful private gardens, additional terraces, and several charming spaces throughout the property to relax and unwind. The 6th sleeping area is a TV studio with two sofa beds, plus two additional pull-out single beds underneath if needed. While it has its own full bathroom, please note that as a studio/TV room, it offers a slightly different setup and the other five bedrooms may feel more comfortable for some guests. Guest access The condominium charges an entrance fee of COP $23,000 (approximately US$6) per guest, which must be paid to the condominium one day prior to check-in. Children 12 years old and under are exempt from this fee. The condominium requires the guest list, signed house rules, and payment of the entrance fee to be completed one day prior to arrival. We will send the required forms during the week before your check-in so they can be completed easily. Access to the private community is through a small bridge over the river; therefore, only regular cars and SUVs are permitted to enter. Please note that buses, minibuses, and large passenger vans are not allowed inside the condominium. If needed, we can gladly help coordinate transportation from the main gate to the house at an additional cost. Guests will enjoy full access to the private 4,500 m² villa and the condominium’s amenities, including the award-winning 9-hole par-31 golf course* and tennis courts*, scenic running and biking trails, trekking paths, historic railway bridges, lakes, river areas, and the clubhouse featuring a pool, cafeteria, kids’ playground, ping pong, and billiards. The property offers the perfect balance between convenience, privacy, nature, and seclusion. NO MUSIC OR NOISE ALLOWED AFTER 1 AM! Maximum Music Volume is 65 Db at day and 55 Db at night measured in the driveway. FINES for non compliance apply and will be deducted from your security deposit. * You are responsible for your groceries. It is a custom in our country that Maids WONT bring their own food so don´t forget to bring enough for them too. Please DO NOT throw any toilet paper, wet wipes, sanitary pads, or any kind of solid in the toilets. They will obstruct the system and a repair fee would be charged. Please use the provided trash bins that will be cleaned dayly. Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs will be considered an extra night and will be charged accordingly.
