Create fun memories with family gatherings on the spacious back yard, playing games while BBQing, picking fresh oysters and clams on the private beach then relax around the firepit. Enjoy water activities such as swimming, kayaking, crabbing, fishing, shrimping when in season. Greeting you at the entrance is a mesmerizing view of the living room with two large picture window looking out at spectacular Hood Canal. Have a cup of coffee at the coffee bar then have a warm meal in the dining room while looking out at the beautiful beach. Come sit by the two large picture windows while watching your children play on the Xbox. Walk outside onto one of the 2 decks and play some basketball on the spacious backyard or relax by the firepit. Sit around the comfortable lounge chairs and outdoor dining table where you can enjoy a barbecue with friends and family. Oysters are limited to one bucket per day and to be consumed at your own risk. Please do not eat raw oysters. KITCHEN: Stainless steel appliances, Quartz countertop, bar with 3 stools, coffee bar with Keurig, toaster, cooking utensils, dishware, glassware, silverware INDOOR LIVING: High-Speed WIFI Internet, Xbox, Fireplace, Roku, contemporary furniture, Dining table that can sit up to 10, picture windows, washer & dryer, shower/tub combo, walk-in shower GENERAL: Central heating and Air Conditioning, basic toiletries, hairdryers, linens/towels PARKING: Parking for 6 cars in front of our home. Please do not park on the grass. Garage is not available for guests’ use and is not part of this rental! *You can access the entire house and the outdoor space including the two decks and large backyard and your private beach. Guests do not have access to the garage and one of the utility closet in the house. *Guests can park in the parking space in the front. Do not park on the grass. *We have a propane bbq grill available for your use. We cannot always guarantee that the tank is full because it is too difficult to decipher whether the tank is full or not for each stay. There's a Chevron gas station less than a mile away (a 2-3 minutes drive) that can refill the tank if it's low. *We also have a large wood-burning fire pit by the beach if you would like to have a campfire or s'more. Please make sure to respect the quiet time at 11 pm. as a courtesy we have some wood in the shed but no guarantees. Wood logs and s'more-related items are available at at the gas station. I can be reached via the Airbnb app or phone. Next to Potlatch State Park. A few minutes drive to Hoodsport. Hoodsport and Potlatch is close by. Beautiful lake Cushman is a few miles away with many hiking trails. We do not have cable TV. We have a Roku where you can use Netflix or Disney+ to stream shows and movies to watch. But our hope is for you to have a digital detox vacation and enjoy nature instead. We do have an Xbox which you can play games on. You will need to log on your own account. please do not use the indoor fireplace due to fire liability. We do have a fire pit by the beach for you to use to make s’mores. As a courtesy, we have logs in the shed. If you use the logs, please contribute to help replenish the supply. We provide a propane grill with a propane tank. Because we tend to have guests back to back, it’s hard to keep our tanks full. If the propane tank happens to run out while you’re here, there’s a gas station within 2-3 mins from the house that you can refill from. Please limit to only a few oysters and clams per family. While you are on our beach, please note to stay within our boundary lines and not cross over to our neighbors. We like to keep our guests happy but also our neighbors as well. We have a Keurig which will have some flavors. If you like to bring your favorite flavor please do so.
