Cottage in Los Pargos

My place is in the heart of town, in a very large piece of land with a lot of privacy and open spaces. Its only 8 minutes’ walk to the beach on a dirt road full of trees, birds and monkeys. Conveniently located in town, but private, quiet and cozy. Very short walk to restaurants and stores. The Villa is good for couples, solo adventurers, and small families. Recently renovated and upgraded. The space Two bed / twin mattress on living room that serve as couch. See photo of living room. Guest access Laundry only done by Playa Negra Villas staff, 1 full load $20, wash, dry and folded. Other things to note Costa Rica is a tropical country with a lush vegetation, we are in what its called the dry forest because its where it rains the less in the country, but still a very thick forest with monkeys, iguanas, deer's, lots of birds, etc., so expect to find bugs of different kind at different times of the day and the year/seasons, mosquitos, ants, spiders, etc. Sometimes the bugs come for a visit, specially ants, even more if you leave food left overs.
