20 meters from the beach and a 5 minutes walk to the main break, TwoTenº is a simple yet stylish surf home overlooking Popoyo, Nicaragua's most famous surf break. Our tiny house was recently finished and is fully equipped with everything you need for your surf vacation: a bed with comfortable mattresses, a kitchen to cook your own meals and a private terrace with hammocks to spend afternoons outside – waiting for the next swell with the perfect direction for Popoyo - 210° South West. The space TwoTenº Surf Home is your home away in Popoyo. Our beach house was built with attention to details and has a bright, homey feel to it. We were inspired by both local structures and modern Scandinavian houses and took the best of both worlds to create this tranquil oasis on the beach. The location of our tiny house is extraordinary! We are located in front of the Pacific Ocean, 5 minutes from World class surf breaks in a quiet and peaceful beach community. Guest access In our tiny beach house you will have everything you need. On the property there is also another house that we called the twin house with 2 apartments and a share a kitchen. NICE GARDEN TO CHILL OR STRETCH Outside of your apartment, there is a nice garden with shade and floors where you relax, do stretches before and after your surf sessions or work out if you still haven't had enough. OCEAN FRONT HAMMOCKS FOR YOU Need a place to relax? There are plenty of hammocks around! Just bring a good book and enjoy the tranquility of the place. Other things to note THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT PLAYA GUASACATE The magic thing about Playa Guasacate is that it's an authentic - not crowded - beach with commodities for tourism. This little village, where nicaraguan people are mix with travellers from around the world - is still the real Nicaragua and we love it! This also means that it's a little bit rustic and that not so developed yet. TAKE OUT CASH - ATM MACHINE Please note that there is no ATM in town so make sure you bring enough cash for your stay. If you need to take out cash, there is a cash machine 20 minutes from the house. CLEANING & LAUDRY SERVICE We offers the cleaning of our house 2 times a week. Our house We have a laundry service: 3$ for 12 pieces of laundry. FOOD, RESTAURANTS & MARKET There is a mini market - just in front of TwoTen houses - and others little local markets around. If you want to cook at the house, our advice, would be to stock up on some items on the road to come to Playa Guasacate. There is a market - Maxi Pali - where you can find a lot of things, located in Rivas, 1 hour from Guasacate (Rivas is on your way from Managua aeroport, so you can stop by with the taxi). Where you can go eat? For less than 10 minutes walk, you can find pizza, thai food, curry, burgers, sandwiches and more. There is nice Nicaraguan restaurants around where you can get to know the famous gallo pinto. *We provide you drinkable water on site. Otherwise, bring enough sunscreen and your favorite book of the moment and you are good to go!
