This beautiful apartment is located in Quito's renowned Old Town/Historic Center (Centro de Quito), less than 5 min away from the iconic "La Ronda" and within walking distance from all churches, theaters, and Plazas (Squares) in Old Town. One of the few newly rebuilt buildings with modern facilities, it maintains the beautiful style Quito's Old Town is known for. It is the ideal location to spend your time in Quito, experiencing in a unique and authentic way Ecuador's capital. The space The apartment itself is quite large, it has a large living room and dining room with an amazing view to Santo Domingo's church. It also has a fully equipped kitchen available to you. There are two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom inside. The other bedroom is a little smaller and has also access to a fully equipped bathroom, however, it is not inside the bedroom but in the hallway (inside the apartment, so no one else has access to it other than you and your friends). The apartment is located in Quito's old town, across the church of Santo Domingo (Plaza de Santo Domingo) and 5 min walking from the mythic street "La Ronda." La Ronda was the very first street in Quito and nowadays, this iconic street, enjoys a wondeful night life with amazing cafes and traditional stores. Furthermore, La Plaza Grande (Quito's main square) is just a 10 minute walk from Santo Domingo. La Plaza Grande is surrounded by the presidential palace (Palacio de Carondelet), the municipality of Quito's building, Quito's Cathedral, and the Archbishop's Palace, which nowadays hosts several restaurants that offer, both tourist and locals, a taste of Quito's traditional delights with a magnificent view to La Plaza Grande. The building was rebuilt in 2007 and offers its lodgers 21st century facilities (such as underground parking, elevator, wi-fi, etc) without loosing the charm of its colonial architecture style. Guest access The entire apartment will be available for you and your travel companions to use. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a very large living and dining room and the kitchen. There is a laundry place across the street that will do the laundry for you at a very affordable price and if needed, parking spots can be arranged (upon request and availability) at the apartment complex itself.
