The space Casa Brisa Cuernavaca, located in the Burgos de Cuernavaca subdivision is a modern and completely closed property of 500 m², located in the exclusive Burgos Cuernavaca residential area, with access control and private security 24/7, for you to enjoy with total peace of mind. Our one-story Californian-style home is surrounded by a lush green garden, and features a spacious 14m x 4m pool with integrated jacuzzi — the perfect place to cool off or sunbathe. We offer the optional heating service for the pool (requires booking 48 hrs in advance), ideal for you to enjoy the water in pleasant temperatures even in winter. Relax on the palapa with wood furniture and prepare your meals in the outside wood and steel sink. For fun, we also have board games like chess, dominoes, and darts waiting for you for afternoons full of entertainment. The open kitchen with central island is equipped with everything you need: modern appliances, kitchen battery for 10 people, and a welcome kit with complimentary essentials for your convenience. All three bedrooms offer pristine double beds with hypoallergenic pillows, protected mattresses for maximum hygiene and comfort, and "Turbo Fan" fans. Since October, all have optional air conditioning minisplit, at an additional charge. The main room includes private bathroom, 42”smart TV with Roku, and direct access to the pool. The living room and dining room are cozy spaces to share, with smart TV and fast internet. The house is designed to offer privacy and integration with noise-free slip and mosquito nets in all areas. Guest access The house is completely private for you and your guests. All common areas, pool, palapa and gardens are exclusively for your enjoyment. The cleaning staff only accesses between reservations to keep the place spotless. Check-in can be autonomous with a keypad and electric lock, whenever requested. The parking lot is roofed for two medium-sized cars, and the street inside the subdivision is very safe with a security booth with an access key and continuous surveillance. In more than 6 years, the time we have owned the property, we have not had any incidents. We follow Airbnb's enhanced cleaning program and conduct regular fumigations to keep the environment free of insects and pests. Now we also accept pets! The rate is $1,800 for the first two nights and $800 per night extra. If you wish to hire the pool heater service, it is offered through continuous time sessions as follows: 8 hours: $1,850.00 10 hours: $2,000.00 12 hours: $2,350.00 The service must be booked at least 48 hours before your arrival. Important note: Due to the logistics of cleaning and preparation between reservations, during the high season – Easter, summer vacation, and New Year's and Christmas periods – the pool service will no longer be available after 9:00 pm the night before your departure. This is so our staff can enter and deposit the necessary chemicals in the pool so that they can enter early the next day to vacuum the cleaning residue from the water.
