The house is between cayma beach and boulevard, both minutes by car or walk (800 meters/.5 mile). Located at Km 97.5 south of Lima, in the gated beach condominium Las Rocas, via a Cayma y Mar Azul. The condominium is small with only 23 houses, close to everything, family-oriented, and safe with 24 hours security. The first level of the house is furnished has cable, WiFi, and includes kitchen appliances, hot water, umbrella, beach chairs, coolers. The condominium is secure with security. Each room accommodates a maximum of 4 people. It can get hot during the summer and air conditioning is not common in Peru. There are ceiling fans + floor fans in the rooms but keep that in mind. -Room 1 1 Full-size bed 2 twin size bunker beds full bathroom -Room 2 1 Full-size bed 2 twin size bunker beds -Room 3 1 Full-size bed 2 twin size bunker beds Room 2 & 3 share a full bathroom Guests have access to the first floor only (3 rooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, patio, and pool) DO NOT try to enter the second floor or try to open any doors that are locked. Please bring your own toiletries. Only bed sheets and towels are provided. Guests are required to comply with the condominium rules and are responsible for any damage caused and penalties due to violations of the rules. - Only up to 2 compact cars can park in front of the house in the lawn area. Extra cars have to park outside the condominium by the entrance. - Keep the condominium clean, do not litter in public areas. - Do not hang clothes, towels, etc. on the terraces, there is a hanging rack in back - Take out trash to the dumpster by the main entrance only after 10 pm - Loud music is NOT allowed after 2:00 a.m. - No smoking inside the house. Dispose of cigarette butts in the trash. - No drugs allowed - This is a family condominium, be respectful to others. Misbehavior under the influence of alcohol will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion. - DO NOT try to enter the second floor or try to open any doors that are locked. -Check out - 11 am. Tidy up the house as you found it. Take out ALL trash to the dumpster, turn the water heater off, clean the grill if you used it. ***Any violation of these rules can result in a fine of up to $500 from your security deposit and security may escort you out of the condominium. ***
