Oro Cottage Salt water Heated Pool

This sizeable rustic cottage is perfect for families and groups. We are walking distance from the water. Guests and their companion(s) enter and use these premises, pool seasonal inquire and sauna at their own risk. Neither the Owners nor their Representatives or Agents are liable for loss or damage to any guest, visitor, employee, or any persons property, nor for injury, death of any guest, visitor. Property not childproofed - Groundskeeper available nearby property due to township regulations. The space The house has 3 bedrooms 1 washroom in the main level - Large open concept basement with another King Bedroom area- another washroom & sauna and home gym. Our cottage is has an open concept living room/kitchen, beautiful sunroom. Many couches around the cottage and additional mattresses to use in the basement as well. Great space for large groups either going ice fishing, skiing at horseshoe valley, Barrie Beach, Wasaga beach, Private Residents only beaches (we provide passes for our guests) Casino Rama in Orillia, Bluemountain and many other nearby attractions to be enjoyed. Enjoy the great outdoors! We will provide check-in instructions via text message. In the backyard we have a heated salt water pool and there is a fire pit our guest can use but please do so with caution. Guest access Upon booking, the guest will receive a one-time code. THE CODE WILL BE ACTIVE STARTING AT 3 PM DAY OF CHECK-IN AND END AT 11 AM DAY OF CHECKOUT. Other things to note Groundskeeper working near by on our other property. Very important when booking due to current covid 19 protocols respecting all township rules and regulations. The house is not childproof so be extra cautious when you are staying at our property with infants or kids. ￫DISCLAIMER: For your safety and the safety of others, surveillance cameras are installed outdoors and public areas at this property. Only 4 bedrooms/beds have sheets, pillows and towels the only thing we Yea ask is for larger groups, if you can bring your own sheets and pillows for the extra sleeping arrangements (beds and couches in the basement) Also please bring your own black garbage bags and leave them separated with the recycling in the laundry room. There is a dry sauna in the lower level as well. In the backyard we have a heated salt water pool (seasonal ) there are also 2 bbq's and a gas fire pit that our guest can use but please do so with caution.
