Climate and Insects: Because we are close to nature and in a warm region, small seasonal insects may appear. We keep the house fumigated, but we recommend keeping the doors closed at dusk. Quiet Rules: The house is in a strictly residential and very quiet neighborhood. We strictly observe silence after 10 p.m. to maintain good relations with the neighborhood. Energy Use: We kindly ask you to turn off the air conditioners when you leave the property to help us with conscious energy consumption.
