Please note the living room does share a common wall with my home, similar to a townhouse.. The couch folds down to a small bed & there is an adult sized cot available in the closet. Both beds have memory foam mattresses and hotel quality bedding.. Night stands are equipped with touch lights and charging ports. The space We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood within 2 minutes drive to shops, gas & food. This is an attached guest house. The living area shares a common wall with my hallway. However with the bedroom door shut this is a very peaceful place . With its own parking and entrance. Parking is on the street or park on the grass right next to your private patio. Guest access Patio and Backyard are strictly for your use. Resident cats may join you! Please advise if they are not welcome and I'll make that happen. Other things to note street or grass parking is available from Coday st. There is a welcome guest parking sign and small blue torch lights in the grass. feel free to pull right up to your patio.
