The bedroom is quiet and well-insulated. Guests sleeping on the living room pullout on weekend nights may hear music from nearby clubs. If your group includes a light sleeper using the pullout, this is worth considering. For couples or solo travelers using the king bedroom, the setup works beautifully. There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them. You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more. Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends.
