The condo is located on Estrada dos Bandeirantes in front of the GSK laboratory and behind Riocentro. Its location is excellent with two nearby malls: Map Band and Cristal. The apartment is well ventilated with morning sun. • Riocentro or the Book Biennial will require a 5-minute walk. • To get to ROCK IN RIO, you will need to walk 20 minutes, or take an UBER, or BRT, and to take the BRT you will need to walk 9 minutes (the BRT is in front of RIO CENTRO). The space The condominium has 24-hour security, a swimming pool, leisure area, barbecue area, party room, sports court, gym, children's park, and the apartment is on the 10th floor (no protective screen on the window). The apartment has 2 bedrooms, an open kitchen, a living room, and 1 bathroom. (1st) Bedroom, 1 double bed, wooden sideboard, 1 wardrobe with 6 doors and 6 drawers, 1 air conditioner and 1 closet in the hallway. (2nd) Bedroom 01 single chest bed, 01 wooden sideboard, 01 mirror and 01 desk with table. Bathroom, the shower is electric. Living room, retractable sofa, 42" TV box, dining table with 4 chairs. Kitchen, 01 frost-free refrigerator, 04-burner stove, microwave, washing machine and kitchen utensils. I provide my guests with towels and sheets. I will be available to guests to guide them to their comfort in my residence, and I am quite flexible and a great negotiator. Guest access The neighborhood is quiet, and you can walk to the malls to enjoy the night with a good drink, supermarkets, and other things. Other things to note I do not accept dogs and cats, the apartment is on the 10th floor without a screen or protective grid.
