The rates have been adjusted accordingly to reflect this temporary inconvenience. The condo’s professionally designed interior provides style, comfort, and connectivity. The king-size bed and quality mattress ensure you a good night’s rest while the Smart TV and WiFi keep you entertained and connected to life back home (if you chose to be). The fully-equipped kitchen shines with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Oven and stove, dishwasher, blender, coffeemaker, and toaster are at your disposal with seating for up to 4. Smart TV is equipped with Netflix and IPTV service with all of your favorite news, sports, and entertainment channels. WiFI is available throughout the condo so you can stay connected to business back home if you need to. Accommodates up to 3 adults, extra linens and pillows are provided to use the sofa bed in the living area. Rincon de Alma’s rooftop is stunning. It features 360-degree views of Puerto Vallarta’s sparkling blue Bay of Banderas and its lush green mountains. Swim laps in the large pool and work off last night’s tacos in the fitness center. Guest access Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas. Other things to note *** Please note that this property is for sale and, occassionally we might request a showing of the property to potential buyers for 10-15 min. Please notice that a construction project is ongoing across the street from this building and may cause noise during business hours. There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them. You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more. The unit has a washer in the unit but no dryer. There is a laundromat a few steps from the building. The number of outside visitors is limited to 2 per day and they are not allowed in the common areas. Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
