Spectacular apartment located 100 meters from Bombinhas beach in a spacious condominium, full of vegetation and very comfortable, with closed-circuit cameras, internet and private parking. The space Apartment for up to 10 people in total. Spacious, super comfortable, with all the comforts. It consists of a kitchen, living/dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony and 2 parking spaces. Small pets are allowed with an additional disinfection fee. Security both in the surroundings and inside the building is excellent. It couldn't be better!!! Guest access The condominium has a spectacular swimming pool with sun loungers that can be used by tenants. It has a common barbecue area for which a small fee is paid for cleaning. All common areas can be used free of charge, such as swimming pool, patios, etc. The pool is open from October to April each season. One day a week it is closed for cleaning. Other things to note Please no extra guests. The limit is 10 people, including minors. No soap, shampoo, or toilet paper is provided. No salt, pepper, oil, or charcoal is provided. The basic items provided are blankets and pillows. There are two parking spaces: one covered. The remaining space can be covered or in an uncovered parking lot next to the condominium. Optional with a charge: Bed linen and towels in high season for a fee. Off-season the provision is free. Sun loungers and umbrellas are also optional for a fee.
