The space The second floor room includes 2 double beds, kitchenette with cookware, stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, A/C, ceiling fan, a dresser, a couch, a 4 person table, and an attached bathroom with hot water shower. Bedding and bath towels are included. A microwave is available in the outside shared kitchen. Room accommodate 4 people max. Guest access There is an outdoor shared area with seating and an outdoor cooking area with cookware, stovetop, refrigerator, microwave and sink. An outdoor shower is also available to wash off when returning from the beach. On-site parking is available. The property is gated and has security cameras. During your stay The property has self check-in and check-out with keypads on electric gate and each unit. We have a local house caretaker available. My family has unit onsite on the side which we use periodically.
