The apartment has a large kitchen with 2 dependencies, a spacious and very bright dining room and living room, with a large balcony to an apple pool, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one en suite and a toilet. The apartment has a garage. Guest access The washer-dryer will be used by the cleaning staff. The cleaning person shows up on Tuesdays and Thursdays to work for 4 (four hours) each day and the fee will be paid by the tenant. Other things to note Check-out is at noon. But, if necessary, it can be made more flexible.
