My place is close to the best surfing beach in the area - only 100 steps from the sand and great sunset views.. It is a spacious downstairs unit that is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). It is in a quiet community with a shared pool and pasture on all sides. It is a groundfloor unit with a separate apartment above. The space The 1 bedroom apartment has a custom sofa that can sleep 3 people that converts into a pull down murphy wall bed. It also has a full 3 kids or extra adults. It has a spacious kitchen with new appliances and all the implements needed to cook entire meals. We offer bath towels and beach towels for each duration of stay. There is cable tv, high speed internet, hot water and AC. The apartment has a smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video. There is secured parking available but a covered spot is not guaranteed. Other things to note We are currently with out cable television in this unit....waiting for it to be connected... but we do offer 2 smart TVs with Netflix!
