The living area opens directly onto the patio, creating bright, seamless indoor–outdoor living. You’ll be within walking distance of Old San Juan’s best restaurants, bars, shops, and landmarks, ideal for exploring the city by foot. This is a non-smoking, pet-free home with quiet hours after 10 Pm. Please note that Puerto Rico may occasionally experience brief water or power interruptions. The lively area can come with some street noise, and tropical insects are a natural part of island life—using earplugs and keeping lights off at night can help ensure peaceful evenings. Please note: the property is located toward the top of Old San Juan, which means there is a steep walk to and from the apartment.
