Enjoy a spacious house with very cozy spaces, a large park and the company of its owners. It is very close to bus and metrotranvia stops which take you to downtown Mendoza or to the wine routes. We have the option of transferring our guests to a particular excursion or place. The space Living room: Very spacious with the possibility of relaxing on our sofas with a large TV and enjoying a meal. Kitchen: Well equipped and complete with everything our guests may need, in which the dishwasher is for common use. It has a common table with 6 chairs and a desk with a common laptop. Gym: One more option for our guests which is for common use. Room 1: Two single beds with TV, A/C and large closets. Bedroom 2: 3 single beds with large closets. Room 3: Double bed with A/C, TV and en-suite bathroom with the possibility of going out to the house's park. Garage: Very spacious, accommodating 4 vehicles under the roof Garden: Heated pool available all year round with a large park to enjoy the landscape of Mendoza and the tranquility of the neighborhood.
