The space The building is located in the downtown area, a little away from the tourist traffic around Rua Coberta. Surrounded by markets, pharmacies, gas station, restaurants, cafes and conveniences! It's easy to get around on foot throughout the downtown area! Guest access Guests will have access to the heated pool, steam sauna, solarium (currently under construction), and playground, in accordance with the condominium's current rules and notices for owners, which are displayed in the hallways and common spaces. The condominium has a small laundry room that is currently not allowed to be used by non-owners. So please don't try to use it.
