Cozy Hilltop Cabin

Tucked into the hillside overlooking the Bay of Quinte, you'll feel all your stressors melt away. Prepare dinner in the well stocked kitchen, then relax on the deck with a glass of local wine. On some nights nature will offer glimpses of the beautiful sunset over the water. If fun in the sun is on the agenda then grab your suits and SUPs or bikes & head for the beaches and trails. Take time to visit wineries and restaurants throughout the county in this central location. ST-2023-0028 The space The cabin has been recently renovated with 1 primary bedroom with ensuite and a second smaller bedroom with bunk beds. All bedding is included with each stay. The main living space has a large kitchen table and the living room has smart TV and seating for 4. The cabin has a central A/C unit and additional fans are provided for the bedrooms. Comfortable living space for 4 people and outdoor deck area. The entire space is yours and offers an abundance of privacy from other cottagers on the lane. The cabin located about 20 minutes to all local towns and villages from Belleville to all of Prince Edward County. Our local beaches are Sandbanks, North Beach and Presquile in the Brighton area. Guest access If you plan to bring paddle boards or kayaks, the best place to provide parking and launch would be from public boat launches which can be found by googling or the Municipal Park in Belleville just before you go over the Bay Bridge. It has free parking and lots of spots to put in and other amenities as well. Summer is busy everywhere so go early. There is NO Bay access from the cottage lane you're on. Other things to note The cabin is located on a LIMITED SERVICE ROAD when requesting emergency services. Water is from a well to be used only for showers & flushing toilets, however bottled water is provided for DRINKING AND COOKING . In dry hot weather please try to limit the water usage to avoid running low on water. There is no wifi . Hot spots from Telus and Rogers work well. TV is a smart TV and works well with hot spot. Fires in the county require you to call it in prior to lighting the fire. Permit number and contact number are available in the pamphlet provided on site.
