The space This custom-designed home features a split-level plan with 4 bedrooms. The large Master bedroom on the main floor has a king bed and an ensuite with a full shower/bath tub. The 3 other bedrooms are located downstairs and offer another king bed, a queen and the 3rd bedroom has 2 singles. The home can comfortably fit 8 people. Downstairs there is another full bathroom with shower/bath tub. A 3rd 2-piece bathroom is located on the split level. Enjoy cooking in the large kitchen that has a ceramic floor and an open design for easy access to the dining and living areas. There are many cupboards for plenty of storage. It comes with a fridge, stove and microwave and is fully equipped with dishes, pots & pans, toaster, coffee maker etc. The adjacent dining room offers dining for 8. The beautiful living room with large windows, offers commanding views to the water and lots of space to relax and enjoy your time. A large TV, with a DVD player, Roku TV and high-speed internet is available. Downstairs, on the same level as the other bedrooms, is also a rec room complete with a pool table.
