My home is a unique, open floor plan. One bedroom and full bath on main floor. One bedroom and full bath on 2nd floor. This home is most conveniently located 1 block from Sewickley Village. Special features: Whole house water filtration system, Brio massage chair, relaxing, spacious front and back porches. Gazebo with fire table. Sorry, no children permitted to stay. No family/friend gatherings permitted. The space Entire home is yours, 2 tandem parking spaces behind house. A gazebo with fire table is in the backyard. Spacious front and back porches are perfect for relaxing. The front porch is shared space with studio guests. I have a separate living space in basement that is separate from the house. Please be mindful of noise and do not wear shoes in house and respect quiet hours. Guest access The front porch and gazebo/grill are shared spaces with the basement studio guest. No children under 18. Other things to note You must include pets in your reservation, along with exact number of people staying. PLEASE DO NOT LET DOGS PEE ON THE FRONT LAWN. IT KILLS THE GRASS. No parties or any type of social gathering. No unauthorized guests. No children. ANY ADDITIONAL GUESTS OR VISITORS MUST BE APPROVED. Pets must be crated when left alone. A $100 extra cleaning fee may be imposed for shedding dogs if housekeeper finds hair on bed or furniture. There are external security cameras that monitor the driveway and front yard. Quiet hours are 8pm-8am. I have a studio apartment in the basement that is usually occupied. There is a separate entrance for the studio and they park in front of the house.
