Cozy space in a big house at the end of a cul-de-sac very close to the Selarón Staircase. Residential and quiet location🩷. The space The room is an annex to my house in Santa Teresa. However, it is not a shared space (only the main gate is shared). The guest has complete privacy. The room has: - A comfortable double bed; - A small sofa bed. If the guest does not want to stay on the sofa bed, I provide an extra mattress at no charge. - A spacious bathroom with fragrant bath towels. - A balcony with table and chairs; - A MINI pantry with a microwave, refrigerator, sandwich maker, coffee maker and a small sink. Perfect for preparing a breakfast or a simpler meal. NOTE: THERE IS NO STOVE! Access to the room by a small flight of stairs (10 steps). * Bed linen is included in the daily rate. * We don't have a garage. We are located at the end of a cul-de-sac. There is always a vacancy. Note: There is no window in the room, however, the ceiling fan and air-conditioning allow the air to circulate perfectly.
