Less than 10 min walk from Floripa shopping center and 10min from Uber to CentroSul Eventos. ATTENTION: The building is undergoing construction, which may make working from home impossible. The home offers: -Internet 350 mega speed and net TV basic package; - Living room next to the dining space, with comfortable sofa bed; - Independent kitchen with utensils and electricity to prepare your meals; - 1 bedroom a double bed, with air conditioning and a bathroom with large box; - NO parking space, but with private options nearby; - Quiet residential condominium, with 24-hour gate; - Service area with tank. NOTE: 1) It is forbidden to walk around in the common areas in swimwear or shirtless; 2) Garbage disposal must be done correctly, separating recyclables (clean and dry) from waste. Failure to comply with the above rules may result in a warning and fine by the condominium, which will be passed on to the responsible guest. Other things to note PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: (1) Rental Hosts require mandatory completion of a registration form outside of Airbnb for all guests after the reservation is closed; (2) parties and social events (mainly at night) are not allowed in the accommodations, only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.; (4) smoking and/or using illicit drugs inside and outside the accommodations is prohibited; (5) we do not accept pets; (6) for check-in after 10:00 p.m., there is an additional convenience fee of R$80 until 11:30 p.m. and R$120 after 11:30 p.m., and it is necessary to check the Host's availability in advance. Failure to abide by the house rules are reasons to close your stay immediately and/or charge for any damages, extra cleanings and fines caused by the breach of these rules.
