Silent Suite with Balcony in Botafogo

Situated in front of S. L. Mandic (college) and an 8-minute walk from the Botafogo subway station. 24-hour reception. Check-in at the front desk. Suite with independent entrance (without sharing spaces), for up to 2 people. It does not have a kitchen, cutlery, dishes or a parking space. Suite with queen size bed, work desk, small minibar, TV, AC, bathroom and balcony. Not suitable for children. (There is protective net on the balcony). Condominium has a restaurant for lunch (not included in the daily rate). The space Comfortable, kitchenless, quiet suite for up to 2 people, with a separate entrance and no shared spaces. It has a balcony with 2 chairs. The suite has Wi-Fi, a 2-door wardrobe, a small work desk with chair, small refrigerator, TV with cable channels (from the condominium), queen size bed, split air conditioning, reading lamp at the headboard and balcony. There is no kitchen and utensils (dishes, cutlery, etc.). The suite is not accessible. It does not have the technical accessibility criteria and parameters. I provide bed linen, bath towels and toilet paper. I don't provide soaps. There is no parking space. There is a private rotating parking lot next to the condominium. (not included in the daily rate) The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment upon arrival, with sheets and towels. Daily or other cleaning is not included in the daily rate. We leave 1 set of towels per person and 1 set of sheets per bed with pillows and blanket. Common areas: Bicycles and outdoor treadmills without restriction of use. Room with gym equipment, saunas and Jacuzzi closed to guests. Guests are required to present photo IDs at the reception upon check-in.
